In the beginning

Introducing the GFtbox Graphical User Interface (GUI). There are three ways to use the GFtbox.
  1. Doing everything from the GUI. This is the best way to start.

How do do this, click here

  1. Use the GUI to generating the mesh (canvas) and create growth factors (morphogens - in other words declaring the variables) but building the model in, what we call, the interaction function.

  1. Running a pre-existing project without the GUI, for example, on a cluster. We have used this extensively but the code is not yet ready for general use.
