In the beginning

Introducing the GFtbox Graphical User Interface (GUI). There are three ways to use the GFtbox.

Use the GUI to generating the mesh (canvas) and create growth factors (morphogens - in other words declaring the variables) but building the model in, what we call, the interaction function.

Running a pre-existing project without the GUI, for example, on a cluster. We have used this extensively but the code is not yet ready for general use.
